When I came in drunk this morning I spilt marmite on the kitchen floor and then my friend showed me a video of him hitting his friend over the head with a frying pan to complete an elaborate excuse he'd used to explain his absense from work.
I've always like the idea of someone hitting another person round the head with a frying pan. Perhaps its a sign that actually fried foods or the fumes from hot oil triggers violence in people.
The second picture is part of the Burial of the Dead project. its incomplete but I ran out of time and am sick of working on the project so it'll stay like this forever now. The top one was a pattern I drew to incorporate in my pieces but my tutor said that he kind of actually prefered it to some of the final images. I think maybe I do to. I think I'd like to do things more like that for final images, because I love creating patterns but am usually reluctant because it doesn't take me very long to do and I seem to have decided that you judge a pictures successfullness and quality by how long you have spent on it. Which is why I take so long to do anything.
I ate some celery today and I think it was off.
